Serving Idea: Butter Chicken topped with fresh Coriander

Ingredients

1 jar of SOME Foods Northern Indian Butter Chicken
750g boneless chicken
2 teaspoons oil 
25g fresh coriander, leaves picked and roughly chopped
375g jasmine rice

Method

Cut the chicken into strips.  

Heat a splash of oil in a medium frypan or pot over a medium heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until browned, then add the jar of SOME Foods Northern Indian Butter Chicken. Mix through well and adjust the heat so the chicken slowly simmers. Simmer for 8-10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Cook the rice according to the directions on the packet.

Serve over the cooked rice and top with chopped coriander.
