1/3 of a jar of SOME Foods Thai Green Curry
100g Danish or Persian feta (these types of feta are lovely and creamy)
125g frozen spinach, thawed - squeeze to remove the fluid
125g water chestnuts, diced
In a bowl, mash the feta then add SOME Foods Thai Green Curry. Mix together to form a paste - don't worry if there are some small lumps from the feta. Mix through the spinach and water chestnuts.
Serve with gluten free toasts, your favourite gluten free crackers, or sticks of carrot, cucumber and capsicum.
