Serving Idea: low FODMAP Zingy Pasta Salad

Serves 5-8

Ingredients

About 1/3 of a jar of SOME Foods Northern Indian Butter Chicken
250g gluten free pasta spirals, penne or shells
1 small red capsicum
1 small green capsicum

Method

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, then drain, rinse with cold water to cool the pasta and drain again. 

Dice the red and green capsicum, place into a serving bowl along with the cooled pasta. Pour over about 1/3 of a jar of SOME Foods Northern Indian Butter Chicken and mix through thoroughly - if you like a more heavily dressed salad, use up to about 1/2 a jar.
